History of ZAD Consulting Inc.

ZAD Consulting was established as a sole proprietorship in 1992, in Sault Ste. Marie, by Mary Ellen Szadkowski  and in 1997, the company was incorporated.

ZAD Consulting Inc. operates from its base in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario providing service to clients across Canada.  Since 1993, ZAD Consulting Inc. has been an associate of DBM.  Through this international company we provide support to organizations and individuals who are in transition as a result of downsizing or restructuring.

In 2002, ZAD Consulting Inc. introduced the Practice Firm, Superior Holiday Adventures, funded by Employment Ontario.  This is a unique employment service that provides support and experience for people who need to enhance their skills to find employment.
